Our client has been providing valuable aged care services to clients for nearly 25 years. Located in Inner Western, Sydney, their geographic remit covers SE, SW and Inner Western Sydney. They assure the delivery of multiculturally appropriate home care, support and disability services to the elderly within their communities and are in a time of growth, development and change.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Manager, Client Services to lead, grow and enhance their services and team. You are dynamic and have the skills and experience to facilitate growth and development of services and programs, your ‘can-do’ attitude will bring your people along with you.

As part of the Executive team and reporting to the CEO, your 8 direct reports will be responsible for quality service delivery and growth, case management and client advocacy. Your focus will be to ensure service efficacy & sustainabilty, systems integration and team effectiveness to support further organisational growth.

The Role:

Using your demonstrated management skills, you will be responsible for:

  • Inspiring and developing your team to deliver exceptional client service
  • Governance, case and operational management of both clients and staff
  • Developing and maintaining key relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Leading innovation for the benefit of your clients and organisation

Essential experience and skills:

  • Aged Care and/or Disability care services
  • Demonstrated management skills in developing an effective workforce in community aged care or disability services
  • Experience in management of the day to day operations and budget of programs & services
  • Knowledge of compliance with all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, professional standards and guidelines
  • The ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • The ability and experience to align operations and performance with strategic organisational values and objectives
