Caring for veterans
Giving veterans and their dependants help at home
Veterans’ Home Care Program
Multicultural Care is proud to be funded by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) to provide care for veterans, war widows and widowers. We love caring for our veterans, widows and widowers and will do our absolute best to look after those who gave so much.
The Federal Government’s Veterans’ Home Care Program (VHC) includes a range of services to help support eligible veterans, war widows and widowers to remain living independently in their own homes for as long as possible. It is designed to assist individuals by providing low level care needs and enabling them to remain in their own home and avoid premature admission into residential care.
