About us

We provide culturally safe care that protects your independence.

As a registered charity and not for profit, we operate with kindness, tolerance and purpose. We provide services without judgement, and our care partners and support workers are generous and helpful. This means any experience with Multicultural Care will always be culturally safe and appropriate. We will listen because everyone deserves to be heard.

We are funded by the NSW and Australian Governments and provide care to older people and adults with disability through the NDIS. We also offer services through private funding. We support people from all backgrounds, including people from different cultures, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disabilities, and LGBTIQA+ communities.

As a not-for-profit charity, we have supported Sydney’s diverse communities for over 30 years. We help people live independently by creating care plans that suit their needs as life changes. Our caring and experienced support workers respect culture and language, and we match clients with workers who understand them, to build trust and strong connections.
