Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)

Formerly known as HACC or Home and Community Care, is a Commonwealth Government program that supports frail aged people who require assistance to continue living independently in their homes. This program is designed to provide entry-level services and support with daily tasks that promote continued independence at home and in the community. CHSP offers limited support with light duties such as cleaning, showering, or help with medication reminders. Our CHSP service are delivered in Inner West, South West and South East Sydney to frail aged people based on their specific language and cultural needs.
